Our Beginning
Vayastyag started with a refusal.
A refusal to keep buying products full of ingredients we cannot pronounce, made by people who do not know us, for bodies that deserve better.
We wanted to go back to what actually works. And what works, it turns out, has been around for a very long time.
Why Ayurveda
Ayurveda is not a trend for us. It is a practice.
It is a system of understanding the body that has been refined over thousands of years — one that recognises that healing is not fast, that ingredients matter, and that the way we care for ourselves is inseparable from the way we live.
Everything we make is rooted in this understanding. Herbs that have been trusted for generations. Oils that the body actually recognises. Formulations that work slowly, the way real healing does.

Small Batch Craftsmanship
We make in small quantities on purpose.
No water added to bulk things up. No preservatives to extend shelf life indefinitely. Just concentrated formulations, made with attention, in batches small enough that nothing sits on a shelf for years.
This means our products are fresher. It also means we can stand behind every batch.
Giving Back
5% of all profits go to women's charitable institutions and causes.
